I didn’t struggle with this. This song has been in my head for two straight weeks. So here it is: Fairy Tail’s 9th opening. Pretty catchy electro-pop tune, with a good strong beat. Strong beats are usually good, granted.
I haven’t got up to here in the anime yet, since I’m awaiting a Funimation dub of season two, to start off with, but I skipped ahead in the themes because I read the manga. The theme’s a good solid one, and is one of the better Fairy Tail ones. I recommend you give it a listen.

Don’t get why you need to wait for the Funimation dub when you can just watch the sub version.

I, personally, hate reading when watching anything.
It’s a pet peeve of mine. This list also includes shaking hands with anyone without a handwash nearby and putting any volume on an odd number, so you can judge my sanity how you must.
But I did start it in dub, so I will finish it in dub. That’s just how I roll.

Well if you must know, episodes 49-100 have been dubbed, though not by funimation.

I do realise that. I am currently waiting for Funimation to acquire the rights to 49+.
I can wait. Manga’s always better than anime.

I’d have to disagree. The manga usually doesn’t give side characters a chance to show what their made of, unlike the anime. Plus the usually lengthens some of the better fights in the series and adds scenes the manga doesn’t show. Think back to the tag battles of day four, and you’ll remember the Lamia Scale and Mermaid Heel battle skipped, but the anime will probably show what happened.

Funimation won’t be dubbing the rest of the series for who knows how long, so you should just have to accept that. It’s not really worth not watching the anime over.
