Hello everyone! Firstly apologies this is very very late, I’m aware we’re already halfway through the season, but time hasn’t been kind to me. I can’t remember if I mentioned in any of my last updates, probably not as I was busy with my hearing loss, but I helped set up a company earlier this year and running that alongside a full time job really eats up your free time. Though because of that keeping me busy, I feel like I’m over my hearing loss as I don’t even have time to contemplate the impact it has on my life. Mainly because it’s already been 3 months and it hasn’t affected my daily life too much. Sure it’s a pain and I live in fear that I’ll lose hearing in my other ear too, but I’m not one to let fear or a pain get in the way of a life I still need to live through and what I want to do.

It’s certainly not news that I’m behind on my anime, therefore it’s definitely not a surprise to hear that I’ve only just finished a couple of anime from last season that I was watching. Of those couepl, one of them was BanG Dream. I must say, I really enjoyed the last episode and the amount of new songs they brought out and I was instantly captivated by one of the songs on performance so I had to share it out straight away. Here is Returns by Poppin’Party.

This week’s SOTW is not only on time (for once), but is also from this current as-of-writing season of anime.

It’s the OP to Senryuu Shoujo, a series I love so much that the manga’s volume 1 cover is my current profile picture. The main reason I like the series so much? Nanako Yukishiro. She’s probably the only character in manga/anime to this day that makes me smile whenever she’s in panel/on screen. So, essentially, the series makes me extremely happy, and that’s a great thing.

Anyway, here’s the video:

Opening Edit:

It’s actually been a while since I last heard this song, and honestly I didn’t really like it when I first heard it, but as the series went it grew on me. But funnily enough when it ‘fully’ grew on me and I actually started liking it, the series was sadly over so I didn’t manage to appreciate it much. Hence why I’ve decided this would be a good SOTW, here is Meguru Mono by Takuma Terashima, the second OP of Slime anime and I certainly am looking forward to the next season!

This week’s SOTW is the current VRAINS ED.

Whilst it seemed like a weird part of the story to change the ED, and whilst I loved the previous ED, ‘glory’, this one is actually an amazing theme. And that’s ignoring the full length of the song (the PV comes in at over 11 minutes long), which gets much heavier and closer to things I would listen to normally. Suffice to say though, they chose the best parts of the song to use in the ED edit, for a crucial (and awesome) part of the series.

I didn’t really know much about BiS before I watched Black Clover and discovered their “spinoff” act BiSH. But from what I’ve heard of both since then, I love both.

So yeah, video time:
