Episode 1: Sharp, Descending First Love!

She has made an impression...

A schoolboy is on the floor, backed up against a wall and is attacked by a girl with a wooden sword, in a maid outfit. He tries to run but is knocked down when the girl throws the sword. He is then subjected to repeated slapping by the girl across the face, but still has a smile on his face; getting turn on. She then throws him out the window and also follows him down. As he makes another escape attempt, the girl unleashes a flying kick, which sends him flying through the air laughing his head off.

MMonster!!!

In the classroom, Tarou Sado is staring into space when his friend, Tatsukichi Hayama comes up to him and asks what is up. Tarou tells him that he wants to cure his “condition” so that he can confess to this girl. Tatsukichi suggests for him to go down to the second volunteering club. Later he goes to the club room, where he finds a short blonde girl, who introduces herself as Mio Isurugi; the president of the club. She asks him very politely what problem he has. Tarou cannot bring himself to tell her his problem and tries to leave. As he tries to get out the door, Arashiko Yunno enters the room. Mio tells him that Arashiko is also a member of the club, to which he still tries to leave. Mio still continues to ask him to wait, politely, until her tone changes and she grabs him and tosses him across the room. She then tells Tarou that she thought if she acted “cute” he would tell her his problems. She starts beating him up; stamping on him and drop sitting on him, as he gains an erotic smile on his face. She keeps on asking him what his problem is as he starts to breathe heavily until finally he snaps (N.B. mouse cursor clicking on the “M”) and tells Mio whilst drooling that he is a masochist and he likes it when girls abuse him and he can’t control himself. Getting a bit too close for comfort, Mio throws him across the room again and he slams into the door.

A Tarou pinata

Mio has tied Tarou up and he is suspended up as Mio continuously beats him. When the rope snaps and he falls to the ground, crying. Mio starts laughing; realising he is a genuine masochist. She then tells him that she would fulfil his wish as she is a God. On the way home Tatsukichi apologises to Tarou for not telling him about the club before sending him there. Tarou hopes that he can be cured of his problem so that he can confess to the girl he fancies. Later at work, Tarou is sweeping up in the convenient store, when Shihori-hime; the girl of his dreams shows up. However, before she enters the store, she spots Tarou and runs away.

Three strikes and he is out

The next day at school, Tarou is at his locker when a baseball smashes into the lockers next to him. Mio shows up in a maid outfit, with a baseball bat and a basket full of baseballs. She tells him that she spent all night struggling to come up with an idea to cure his masochism (The maid outfit was Michiru’s idea). Mio lets loose a barrage of baseballs at Tarou, claiming that if she gave him a lethal dose of pain, it would awaken his survival instinct and cure him. Cornered against a wall, Mio launches another baseball at Tarou. Tarou fantasizes getting hit but comes to when he doesn’t want to die and leaps into the air to avoid it. However the ball hits the ground and ricochets up and hits him.

He hasn't reached boiling point yet

Later, Tarou wakes up in the infirmary and finds Arashiko sitting with him. She tells him that Mio asked her to sit with him as well as inform him that she didn’t carry him. She starts sweating and turning red when Tarou asks her if she is ok. She tries to leave but trips on the stool and falls back, Tarou grabs her before she falls. She then gives Tarou an uppercut jab followed by a series of punches before running away, leaving a dazed Tarou on the floor. Michiru Onigawara the school nurse enters the room and tells Tarou that she knows about his condition and he went the second volunteering club to help him cure it. Michiru is about to pour scolding hot coffee onto Tarou when Mio enters the infirmary and tells Tarou that she has some business with him.

Please wipe your feet

Mio explains that someone wants to confess something to a close friend but is afraid that he may be hated if he tells his secret. She asks Tarou’s opinion, to which he replies that he would not hate them as explains that he too has a condition and only a true friend would see past that. Later, Tarou arrive home and is greeted by his sister; who is very clingy and his mother who tries to force feed him rice (What a weird family…). At work, Tarou is cleaning when Shihori-hime enters the shop. Tarou starts fantasizing about being beaten up by her. However, when he returns to reality; she runs out the shop. Tarou chases after her, but when he catches her, she slaps him across the face. This time Tarou is not turned on, thinking that it’s the power of love, but the truth in fact is that Shihori-hime reveals herself to be Tatsukichi.

Brings tears to your eyes...

In the park nearby, Tatsukichi explains that when he was a kid he was dressed up in girl’s clothing and used make-up. Over time he got used to it and it felt good. Tarou accepts Tatsukichi’s condition and explains that he was there for him for his masochist condition. Tatsukichi starts crying, to which Tarou realises that his first crush Shihori-hime was in fact with his cross-dressing friend Tatsukichi. Later, Tarou thanks Mio for helping Tatsukichi out which makes Mio happy. Tarou starts smiling, Mio thinks he is having perverse thoughts and kicks him between the legs. At school Tarou is cleaning the floor with Mio sitting on him, informing him that she let him join the second volunteering club so that she can cure his masochism.

After K-ON!! I realised that two of the seiyuus (Youko Hisaka who voices Mio Akiyama and Satomi Satou who voices Ritsu Tainaka) went to do Seitokai Yakuindomo, a similar sexual ecchi themed anime. So this time I followed Ayana Taketatsu (Azusa Nakano) which led to this anime. As the principle main character Mio (quite a popular name…), she is very violent and demanding in this anime, which is quite funny since the male protagonist suffers from masochism, so beatings won’t be in short supply. Also singing the OP theme as well, which very much enjoy since I am very fond of her singing voice I am going to continue to watch this as it has more of a linear storyline and it can only get better and it also gives me the opportunity to laugh while I wait for Seitokai Yakuindomo to return.
