Episode 13: Seitokai Yakuindomo! Good Work!

Rule #13: Life has- (Can’t say anymore due to copyright infringement) (Don’t say anymore! – Tsuda)

Whipping into shape

Shino is working on some council stuff, but becomes stuck and needs to ask Takatoshi, however it is late and Shino believes he would be “busy”. At school, there is an earthquake, so Suzu suggests hiding under the table. After the earthquake, Suzu and Shino are under the table and Shino reminisces about when she was younger and “riding” the high bar when an earthquake struck and scared her. Later, walking down a corridor, Takatoshi comes across a new club; The Robot Research Club. Inside they meet Nene Todoroki; who is a friend of Suzu. Todoroki tells them that she has heard of Takatoshi and Shino; about the president “whipping” the vice-president. They also see a robot dog and another “electronic thing” which is a personal item of Todoroki.

Try using the key

Later, Hata asks the council to present some pictures of them when they were young. Aria brings hers in and Shino and Takatoshi have a look. They find that the young Aria to be cute, to which Aria used to think that you get pregnant via anal-sex (There I said it!). Shino and Takatoshi are walking, when Shino tries to get into a room, but it is locked. She then tries eavesdropping on the room thinking that there were some illicit activities going, but Takatoshi states that the obvious reason that the room is lock is that no-one is in. Back at the Robot research club, Suzu asks Todoroki why she was interested in electronics as such. She replies that she wants more stimulation and even presents Suzu with a smaller one.

Too much pressure

Another day, Shino and Suzu are having lunch with Kaede who dislikes eating mushrooms, which leads Shino to suggest how Kaede got her androphobia. Later, Takatoshi has got an essay request from Hata, the rest of the council think that staring at Takatoshi would motivate him, but it just proves to be too scary. At the judo club, Mitsuba is training when she realises that she is on cleaning duty and rushes off, she meets up with Takatoshi and they begin cleaning the blackboard, however she is keeping her distance from Takatoshi because she is sweaty and thinks she smells, but Takatoshi explains that he doesn’t mind leading her to suggest that he has a scent fetish. Later, they finish their duties and Mitsuba offers to escort Takatoshi home. Later, Suzu is watching a horror movie with some friends (I think it’s Todoroki) she is scared but also needs the bathroom, so she asks Todoroki who offers her cupping hands as a toilet.

If this is Whack-a-mole can I play?

Kotomi is checking her stuff for starting Ousai Academy in the style of some romantic drama, with the end credits (Message from the staff that the episode continues after). Back at the council, they think back throughout the series on all the things that has happened, including how they all met with Takatoshi. It also includes Hata, Mitsuba and Yokoshima with an overdramatic storytelling. The scene changes to a trailer of a new anime series called, Magical Mako. Takatoshi wonders what that was. Shino states that it is a new series starting next week, but Takatoshi tells them otherwise as another anime was starting according to the anime magazine, but won’t be aired in parts of Japan and that it would be season 2. Suzu tells them that Aria and Shino would be graduating soon and would leave Ousai Academy. However Shino tells them that they are the best council in the academy and they would continue until the end, upon leaving the school Shino, Aria and Suzu turn round and face Takatoshi and tells them that they will work hard in the new season of Seitokai Yakuindomo… with their asshole closed tight.

We will be back!

Well that is the end of the series and I have really enjoyed it so much. It has been very difficult to blog though with the many random switching of scenes and with the sexual jokes.  So I can’t wait for the new season to start, possibly in the spring next year and I hope it would be a longer season, at least 26 episodes. So until next time, Seitokai Yakuindomo, Good Work!
